Abstract

Technological advancements and shifts in social dynamics have transformed the way organizations manage their workforce, prompting many to adopt Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) as a means of enhancing employee work effectiveness. This study aims to explore the influence of FWAs on employee work effectiveness, taking into account individual factors, organizational culture, and the readiness of supporting infrastructure. The research methodology employed is quantitative, utilizing a survey of 135 respondents who are directly involved in the implementation of FWAs. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 27. The research findings demonstrate that FWAs have a positive and significant impact on work effectiveness, contributing 27.1% to overall effectiveness. This discovery underscores that flexibility in work arrangements, including time and location, can enhance employee performance and work-life balance. However, work effectiveness is also influenced by other factors such as motivation, leadership, and organizational culture. This study provides practical implications for management in designing adaptive and sustainable work policies to increase employee productivity and well-being
